Carmen’s Accidental cocktails 11.11.06 November 12, 2006
Saturday night’s cocktails chosen by carmen including her famous “Accident” cocktail.
Accident
1 oz Bacardi rum
1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
100 ml lemonade
75 ml lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, and stir. Add a slice of lime if desired, and serve.
50 ml vodka
50 ml peach schnapps
50 ml white rum
100 ml lemonade
75 ml lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, and stir. Add a slice of lime if desired, and serve.
Dirty Gecko …. Not Recommended
3 oz Red Bull® energy drink
2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients with a cup of ice into a shaker. Shake well. Makes up to about 6 shots. Should come out to a dirty purple color. Serve in: Shot Glass
1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
fill with 1/2 pineapple juice
fill with 1/2 cranberry juice
Pour ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir and serve! Serve in: Collins Glass
